About Miwakeru

Miwakeru (見分ける) means to distinguish, identify, and recognise. That principle guides our work: we turn raw technical evidence into cyber threat-intelligence that helps organisations separate meaningful signals from noise.

What we do

Miwakeru is a strong European cyber threat-intelligence company. We work with intelligence communities and security teams to solve difficult data-collection challenges, especially where fragmented telemetry must become reliable, analyst-ready intelligence.

Our strength is disciplined collection: designing sensors, pipelines, storage, and access patterns that preserve technical context from the moment data is observed. We help teams collect, normalise, enrich, and retain high-volume infrastructure evidence so analysts can reconstruct activity, compare signals across regions, and move quickly from observation to assessment.

Our flagship service is Passive DNS: dedicated collection hardware, efficient record storage, API-compatible output, distributed deployment options, and optional data-stream access for teams that need infrastructure visibility at operational speed.

We also offer Metalookup, a software provenance service for fast hash lookups against a large corpus of published software. It supports investigations that need to validate whether discovered files have been observed in known software sources.

Data collection for intelligence missions

Modern intelligence work depends on collection that is repeatable, explainable, and built for long-running operations. Miwakeru supports that mission by creating collection capabilities that can be deployed close to the source of activity, scaled across environments, and delivered in formats that fit existing analytical workflows.

We focus on the qualities that matter to the wider intelligence community:

The result is intelligence infrastructure that does more than answer a single query. It creates a durable evidence base for threat research, cyber defence, incident response, and mission-driven analysis.

How we work

We believe intelligence should be operational: easy to query, clear to interpret, and grounded in verifiable evidence. We focus on practical outcomes for incident response, threat research, infrastructure analysis, and data-collection missions.

Who we are

We are a European team with a strong commitment to international collaboration. We enjoy difficult engineering challenges, complex investigations, and the disciplined analysis needed to solve them.
